Oxcarbazepine Sustained Release (SR) 300 mg tablets are an anticonvulsant (anti-epileptic) medication primarily used to control and prevent seizures in patients with epilepsy. They work by stabilizing electrical activity in the brain. 

Oxcarbazepine 300 mg is an anticonvulsant medication used to treat partial seizures in adults and children (typically 2+ or 4+ years, depending on formulation) with epilepsy. It works by stabilizing nerve membranes in the brain, often taken twice daily. Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, and nausea. 

Oxcarbazepin 450 Mg TAB  is used to treat and prevent epilepsy (seizures). However, it cannot cure epilepsy and will only work to prevent seizures for as long as you continue to take the medicine.
